We are inviting women for a wonderful weekend where nature, tango and women will be present!
Everything will take place in a beautiful hytte right by the sea!
This time we invite Monika, who will lead Slavic gymnastics classes.
Slavic gymnastics is a practice dedicated to women. "Slavic gymnastics was originally a dance in which a woman could discover connection with nature, the energy of heaven and earth."
It is great to experience how the form of Slavic gymnastics comprehensively affects the body, how through the body it changes a woman's attitude towards herself, loved ones and the world ...
We invite you to the basic workshop, during which you can take your first steps on this unique path for women. A workshop is run by Monika Półrolnik, who has been a gymnastics instructor for many years.
We will have with us Sylwia who will offer a Thaiyoga massage.
haiyoga massage combines acupressure, stretching, reflexology and yoga techniques. It stretches muscles and relaxes, increases range of motion, improves the flow of "energy" - in other words, body fluids (blood and lymph) - and information in the form of impulses.
And from my side I will invite you to learn Argentine Tango.
We will, yes! swing our legs - because that's what you like to do, practice balance because that's what we need, and learn both to follow and lead - because that's what gives us pleasure and independence.

The rest of the amount has to be paid until February 28.
If someone won’t be able to participate, the advance payment will not be refunded (it is to cover the cost of renting the hytta). However, you will be able to resell the seat to someone else without any problem:)
Class with Monika will be conducted in Polish but I am happy to translate it to English/Norwegian or Spanish,
